On this day the veil between the worlds becomes... thinner. The spirits can cross over and visit their families. That's why in Mexico and other parts of the world people prepare colourful altars, food and all that - to greet the dead. But we, the dead, can only stay for a bit.

If we linger in the real world, our minds get foggy, we start to act erratically, and sooner or later - poof! We become angry and downright unpleasant ghosts. Yup, that's how all the poltergeists and apparitions are created. Yeah, those are real too.

So, here's the deal. We've got a runner. His name is Roberto Francisco Torres.

He was an adventurer and treasure hunter when he was alive, and death didn't do much to change him. He's another one of those dead who's convinced he found the way to stay in the world of the living, to reincarnate.

This book is a copy of his journal filled with cryptic writings. It's your job now to work your way through them. Discover where Roberto went and bring him back to the land of the dead."
