Do you ship within 24 hours?

YES: We dispatch all orders within 24 hours via the shipping method selected at checkout.

At The Panic Room Online we use Royal Mail 24 & 48, which delivers 93% of their orders on time.

PLEASE NOTE: RM 24 & 48 are not a tracked service and are not guaranteed 1 day/2 day delivery services. They are the business equivalent of First Class & Second Class.

We also dispatch using UPS Standard/Express & Hermes Next/Two Day

This means generally if you order with us by 4pm Mon-Fri or by 12:30pm Saturday, your order can leave the same day. Sunday orders are prepped for shipping and are sent Monday morning.

Do you offer combined shipping?

YES: We have shipping discounts setup on our store to stop you from paying over the odds for your multiple item orders. Want a custom quote? Contact us!

Free UK Delivery for orders over £50

For UK delivery for orders over £50, you will be able to select "Free Shipping" at checkout which will be sent via Royal Mail 24 if over £50 or UPS if over £100, if you require it to be sent by another service you will need to select that at checkout.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES: We send parcels all over the globe, to ensure it reaches you safely and swiftly we now send international order via tracked services only.

Please double check your order receipt that the address is correct, if you need to change shipping details please contact us as soon as possible.

We are unable to internationally ship to PO BOX delivery addresses, please ensure that your delivery address is either at your required business or residential address.

International packages are subject to customs charged depending on your country. These are the buyers responsibility to pay prior to delivery, the courier will reach out to you via text or letter to arrange payment.

Has COVID affected deliveries?

Within our stores we operate a COVID-Secure environment which hasn't affected daily dispatches.

Due to the global pandemic there has been extra strain upon Royal Mail who are continuing to do their best to deliver on time or as close as reasonably possible. While we always ensure that deliveries are sent on time, Royal Mail is there to do the last leg of the race which can vary depending on your local hub.
