Absolutely! You can play Online Escape Rooms on a multitude of devices across the world. These games have no time-based or geographical restrictions at all. 

Play Escape Rooms anywhere, anytime and with whoever you want. Online Escape Rooms are just like the real thing, minus the set-dressing. Everything you’ll need to play is readily available when you want it, including hints and clues.

There is no timer built in, so you can take as long as you need to solve the puzzles if you want a more relaxed game, but feel free to time yourself to see if you can beat it under pressure. 

After you have purchased your game or bundle, you will instantly receive a download link via email to a document containing your personal unique login details for the game you selected.

Once you have your login details, simply send them to your other team members for them to do the same.

Set up a video call with your preferred software (such as Zoom, Google Meet or Facetime) and you’re all set!

There are 2 ways you can host an Online Escape Room:

1. Use screen share. One player will control the game from their device, showing the other players their screen. Use a video call or voice chat to solve the puzzles together while the host controls the game.
   
2. Send your login details to everyone who is playing. The other players will then open up the game on their own device. Using a video call or voice chat, discuss and agree on a solution, then solve the puzzles independently. 

The Panic Room’s Online Escape Rooms do not require a Game Master to run the game for you or give you clues; everything is entirely automatic and easy to use! 

Don’t worry, the games aren’t timed. You can play at your leisure and take as long as you need. You can even stop and come back to it later!

Prepare a timer if you want to challenge yourself to complete the game in a time limit; we recommend 60 minutes for the most authentic Escape Room experience.

Clues are available in each area of the game. If you get stuck, you can click on a selection of clues, offering increasingly helpful hints to help you solve the puzzle.

If you get really stuck, you are also able to get the answer so that you can continue with the game at your own pace.

We recommend starting with Sherlock Holmes; it will ease you into the concept of playing Escape Rooms virtually and shows you everything these games can be!

Not at all! For The Panic Room Online games be confident in knowing that once you have purchased the game, as long as you save your login details, you can access the game at any time, even if you’ve already played and completed it before!

Games by 3rd party creators may have different restrictions, check individual listings for further info.

You can play using a laptop/PC, tablet or phone. Some games will have particular recommendations to use certain devices for the best experience.

We recommend using Chrome / Edge / Firefox web browsers.

Some custom or older browsers may have some compatibility issues.

Smart TV's or Game Console Browsers are not compatible.

The prices for the Online Escape Rooms are the total for the whole group, not per person.

We accept all types of card payment and Paypal via our online store.

For Remote Team Building packages we are able to arrange invoices & bank details.

Absolutely! Our store features international checkout currencies so people from all over the globe can pay via either card or Paypal. 

One of the features of our shop is that you can change to your local currency in a small drop down menu based on your location. Select your currency to see how much the items are! 

We accept returns of physical products in line with UK consumer law.

If you change your mind about a physical product purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. Original packaging is helpful where available, but it is not required in order to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@thepanicroomonline.net with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged we will refund the cost of shipping up to the value of £5 via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Where you are cancelling a physical-goods order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.

Once we have issued the refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Different cancellation rules apply to digital products.

Where you have agreed for digital content to be supplied immediately and acknowledged that this means giving up your 14-day cancellation right, you will normally not be able to cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind once access to the digital content has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, does not work as described or cannot reasonably be accessed as advertised.

If you experience any problems with one of our online games, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We do international worldwide shipping, so you can purchase wherever you are in the globe. You can calculate your shipping cost in your basket to get a feel for your shipping cost.
